I’m a hands-on designer and design leader who likes getting close to the work. I’ve spent the last 7–8 years designing for CX, including the last 3 years building AI products, and increasingly using AI to design and build the products themselves.

I’m most energized where business, design, technology, and people collide. That’s where I find the interesting problems, and where I think great product work happens.

As a leader, I care about putting people in positions where their skills and passions can have the most impact. You see the magic when the right designer meets the right problem, product, and team.
